Juri's decision to stay in Eisenach, even for the sake of his demented father, visibly upsets Katharina's life. As a mother of two, a happily married wife and a busy kindergarten director, she finds it difficult to confront the feelings she thought she had lost for her youth sweetheart. Only with great difficulty she can hide her jealousy as Juri and her best friend Sibylle grow closer and closer.
