Fellinger – Eiskalter Hund

Food inspector Berti Fellinger is only supposed to be checking the sauce at a Chinese restaurant, but he discovers a skinned dog in the cold store instead of rotten beans. When he follows the dog's trail to the owner’s villa, he sees what looks like a woman’s body through the window. He is then knocked unconscious with a spade. When he regains consciousness, he is confronted with a mystery: the body has vanished without a trace, the daughter claims her mother is on holiday in India, and the local police refuse to acknowledge that a crime has been committed. Amidst fast-paced food-truck chases, his mother’s bizarre culinary experiments, and a romantic connection stretching all the way to the Czech Republic, Fellinger uses his infallible instincts as an inspector to uncover an incredible crime.
