Content
After the separation from Juri and Georg, Katharina is free and determined to organise her life according to her own ideas. Her job as a kindergarten teacher immediately presents her with an extraordinary challenge. When she takes in a deaf girl, she comes into conflict not only with other parents and her friends Yvonne and Christian, who want more inclusion for their son Samuel, but also with the inclusion officer Sascha Falk. Sascha is quite ‘edgy’ and a real challenge for Katharina. Both privately and professionally. But also the single father of the deaf girl, Lukas Richter, shows interest in Katharina. Can either of these men become a real option in her new life? And what about Yuri? When she unexpectedly meets him in Eisenach, her old feelings are suddenly rekindled. Juri feels the same. He plans a new life with dog sled guide Eva Pöge, who shares his dream of a life in the Canadian woods. But can his new love really replace Katharina? Willi finds his son’s emigration plans absolutely impossible and torpedoes the project wherever he can.
