Synopsis
Louna and Nico have exposed the Dardenne Corporation’s shady dealings to the public. By taking this courageous step, Nico has distanced himself from his family and declared his love for Louna. They wanted to start afresh together, but at the end of the first season, Louna finds Nico lying on the ground, shot.
Nico himself is severely impaired by the gunshot wound and is ashamed of his need for help. What if he never fully recovers? As Nico hits rock bottom, Louna is the only one who recognises his true condition and must ask herself whether she can protect him from himself – as his girlfriend or as his bodyguard. (ZDF)
